Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, which will be issued according to the agreed-upon schedule. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified at the time of invoicing. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

For qualified projects, we offer the first 10 hours of development free of charge. This offer is subject to our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. The free hours must be used within 30 days of approval.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the deliverables specified in your project agreement, excluding any third-party components or pre-existing materials owned by InfoDigita or others. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat all information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoDigita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
